Below standard customer service, and Thoughtless regarding the confusing crossed out form. I called the number several times and No one picked up the phone though it said it was the White Bear Lake post office and someone would pick up the phone if I waited. And very Confusing! So I called the WBL post office direct line and no one picked up the phone there even though the phone message said my call would be answered by the next available attendant. The form the employee left in my post office mailbox at my home had several things crossed out on it and looked like it would not be redelivered again for a second attempt at my home, so I'd have to pick it up at the post office After today.
I called the White Bear Lake post office direct number to ask if a priority package delivery that I missed would be redelivered today by the postal delivery employee.
